Its not new thing that the jobs are being reserved for some specific people from specific race , caste , sex .creed , Its coming from far behind our past , when we were governed by the Britisher . British from the starting had the mind set that causing rift between various sect of the society would stop the Indians from uniting against Bristish . Due to slow rate of industrialisation , Indians were inemployed and poor . Far sighted Indians beleived that only independence could uplift indians but many others thought 'SOFT OPTIONS' as reservation of jobs for various communities or caste . British were just seeking for ways to rift the boundries .This was a great communal politics . And even today we all are inflected by the reservation of the caste , it could even vanish today lest some communal leader stop supporting it .
