Important Instructions
- To be eligible for Cash Awards, it is mandatory for top 100 students in Medical/ Engineering to join our DLP Course before 31st January, 2018 irrespective of whether they join our Classroom course or not. Once the DLP Enrollment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The students will have to fill separate enrollment form for DLP. No fee will be charged for DLP Course. It will be 100% Free.
- A student will be eligible for Cash Award only in one category out of the two programs whether classroom program or DLP, but not in both.
- To be eligible for Cash Award in Classroom Program category, a student needs to maintain minimum 75% attendance in classes and tests conducted by AESPL failing which will lead to discontinuation of that installment of Cash Award.
- A student should maintain good performance i.e. either scoring average 75% marks in Medical / 65% marks in Engineering in all Objective Tests conducted by AESPL failing which will lead to discontinuation of that installment of Cash Award.
- The final discretion in both cases (3) and (4) lies with the Managing Director, AESPL and his decision will be final & binding on the student.
- Cash Awards shall be paid in two equal installments by cheque. Award installments will be paid by mid April & July end respectively at the centre of Aakash from where they appeared for ATQ or enrolled in Aakash or at any other venue as decided by the management.
- Class XII studying students who pay their Registration Fee & Tuition Fee on or before 31st January, 2018 shall be given FREE Aakash iTutor access to Recorded Video Lectures (Costing ` 11,099/-) till 31st March, 2018 so that they can perform better in their Board Exam.
- Class XII studying / passed students appearing in ATQ will be eligible to join Short Term Courses (Crash Course / Test Series Course) 2018.
- Currently studying Aakash classroom students can also appear in ATQ. The exam fee for Aakashians will be `300/- rest of the terms & conditions will remain same.
- Note: Those students who aspire to appear in repeater course for Medical / IIT-JEE 2018-19 can also avail the same scholarship (in Tuition Fee) which is secured in ATQ 2017-18.
- 1Registration Fee: The Registration Fee for Medical & Engineering Crash Courses is ` 5900/- (inclusive of GST @ 18%), for Test Series Courses for Medical is ` 4720/- (inclusive of GST @ 18%) and for Test Series Courses for Engineering is ` 1180/- (inclusive of GST @ 18%).
- 2Tuition Fee: The Tuition Fee for class XII studying & XII passed Classroom Program is different at various centres of Aakash in the country. For details, please contact the nearest centre of Aakash.
- The test centres will be Aakash Centres throughout India.
- Kindly fill the enclosed ATQ Registration Form and submit along with your self-attested photocopy of class X, XI & XII mark-sheet (as applicable), 4 passport size colour photographs and cash / demand draft of `300/- in favour of ‘Aakash Institute’. In case mark-sheet is not available, students can enroll by submitting a self attested photocopy of their Identity Card issued by the school.
- Online Registration Facility is also available on our website: www.myatq.in, from where student can download his/her Admit Card for appearing in ATQ 2017 mentioning his/her Roll No. and Aakash Centre name.
- Last date of receiving duly filled Registration Form by post at Registered Office or by hand at nearest Aakash Centre or through online submission is 17th December, 2017 (Sunday) before 6:00 PM.
- ATQ Registration Form can also be accepted with a late fee of` 50/- till 19th December, 2017 (Tuesday) by post at Registered Office or by hand at nearest Aakash Centre or through Online Submission before 6:00 PM. No forms will be accepted after 19th December, 2017 (Tuesday).
- The question paper of examination will be of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) type, which will be conducted on OMR Sheet. A Sample Paper along with Sample OMR sheet is attached for your reference.
- One online ATQ Mock test paper will be made available at www.myatq.in for the students from 21st November, 2017 till 20th December, 2017. User ID & Password will be sent to the student on their registered mobile number.
- The result of successful candidates in ATQ 2017 shall be displayed on our website: www.myatq.in mentioning Name, Roll No. & Rank of the student along with eligible scholarship. The result will be announced on 8th January, 2018.
- The merit list for successful candidates will be prepared by listing them in the descending order of the total marks scored by them. However, there may be ties and such ties will be broken by sequentially applying the following set of rules:
- Meaning of Scholarship:Scholarship means Fee Concession, Fee Discount, Fee WaiverIf at any point of time, the government decides to charge GST on the scholarship/concession amount/fee waiver, then the GST shall be borne by the student / parent / guardian.
- Selected candidates will be provided classroom coaching as per the choice of their study centre (at existing Aakash centres only) but if a student wants to change the study centre, written permission for the same will have to be taken from the Managing Director, AESPL.
- Students joining our 1-year program (Class XII) shall be eligible for scholarship for the period of 1-year subject to Terms & Conditions.
- Maximum scholarship shall not exceed 100% in any case.
- Hostel facility is available on a chargeable basis.
- Students studying in class XII will be given free i-tutor recorded video study material to help them in their board exam preparation.
